2023 is off to a great start!

What an honor to support this mama again -and this time with TWINS 💖 💖

Though her labor was precipitous (2 hours to be exact) it was calm, peaceful, joyful and exciting.

Watching parents meet two of their children 15 minutes apart was a first for me 🤩

Not only has Sarah been my client 3 times 👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼 I’ve been her client -she sold our big family house and helped us buy our little beach house 🏠

The funny thing is I’ve missed 2/3 births because this lady drops babies faster than any one I know 🚀🤣

It’s an honor every single time I’m invited into someone’s birth space. My job is to support the mom by reminding her of her own strength. Then when the baby is resting peacefully on her chest I always glance at those sweet baby feet 💖 💙

This is the makings of a treasured friend and fantastic business partner. For the past 13 years we have linked arms in the hopes to educate, encourage, and empower women and families during the transformative season of birth. It’s been our honor to teach, face to face, thousands of students. It is with grateful hearts that we are announcing our final in-person childbirth series. This series starts on September 20 and has a few spots available.

We will continue to educate through our online childbirth series -which is the same curriculum we have developed through the years.

Aimee is continuing to accept clients for birth.

Fun fact Friday:
Did you know baby’s can open their eyes in the womb?

Although a baby's eyes can "see" light starting around week 16, their peepers aren't fully formed until about week 20. The eyes first open between weeks 26 and 28.

Their vision is rather blurry, but they can see — and respond with a flutter of activity to — bright sources of light like the sun or a flashlight pointed at a woman's belly.

Getting outside often might even help a baby's eyes develop and reduce the risk of a few eye disorders.

New research suggests that women who don't get enough sleep during pregnancy may have higher risks of developing pregnancy complications including: Preeclampsia, or high blood pressure. Gestational diabetes.
