Malas and the Power of 108

The mala is a strand of 108 beads traditionally used for meditation or repetition of mantras. It can be worn as a necklace or bracelet as a daily reminder of your intentions and spiritual practice. When you create your own Mala based on the design of your intention, you generate the energy you need to grow. You create the opportunity to pause, breathe and realign with your deepest intentions. You invest in moments of self-care and compassion. In this fun-filled evening you will learn about the history of malas, understand the significance of 108 and tap into your creativity. You will get to choose crystals to suit your needs and leave with your one of a kind mala. So grab a friend, bring your favorite snacks and beverage and join us for this special offering.

This workshop includes all materials, a meditation and an incredible unique experience!

Join us for a peaceful evening of healing and relaxing meditation with sound bath that will use the therapeutic application of crystal singing bowls’ sound frequencies and vibrations through a mixture of harmonic and binaural tones intended to guide your energetic field and brain waves into a state of harmony and peace by balancing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being. Throughout the sound bath, Reiki will be given to each attendee individually by a Reiki masters practitioner. Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. The practitioners will gently touch or hover hands over you, sending you healing energy to restore and de-stress your mind, body and spirit.

Length of event: 75 minutes
