Been curious about yoga but every “beginner-friendly” class still leaves you feeling like you missed the memo?

You showed up. You tried. And somewhere between the third pose you’d never heard of and everyone else flowing like they were born on a mat, you never went back 🙂

Or maybe you’ve never even made it through the door. The big studio, the crowded room, the fear of looking lost. So you’ve just… waited.

Hi. I’m talking to you. ❤️
I see you and I get it.

What if you could walk into a room where the person next to you is just as new as you are? Where you can ask “wait, what’s mountain pose?” and get a real answer instead of a look. Where it’s okay to not know!! Where you can just breathe and figure it out as you go.

That’s what this is.
Six weeks. Eight people. No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up.

We’ll talk about the roots of yoga. We’ll learn how to breathe. How to move. How to build something that sticks. And we’ll do it together, at a pace that makes sense.

Your yoga journey doesn’t have to start with catching up. It can start here ❤️

Recurring classes all week long plus a special book club with this Friday at 6pm. Cost is $37 or come with a friend for $60 📚

Sunday we’ll be gathering to put together our Mother’s Day Care Bags to send over to . A reminder this is a free event but there are ways you can donate - more info in the special events highlight and on our website

Sunday is also our monthly donation based yoga class for where 100% of proceeds benefit CWW.

Again our new platform is live so you can now register for all our offerings through our website or the Flamingo app 🙌🏼

Recurring classes as usual with some special events for you this weekend:

✨ monthly Yin offering Sunday evening

And while my husband lived inside a computer for the last 7-8 months, he came back with a whole new platform for THL 🔥😭

Flamingo is officially live. Custom built. I’m so excited this has finally come to fruition and grateful for all the support we’ve received so far!

A corner of the kitchen floor has officially been claimed 📦🎁

All the goodies for our Mother’s Day care bags are starting to pile up. A reminder that this is a free event, open to anyone who feels called to show up and help put some love into these bags.
And if you can’t make it in person, there are still ways you can support:
