Weekly drop 🌸

This week is fulllll for you guys and I hope you make time to come drop in and join us.

Outside of our weekly recurring classes we’ve got:

💓 coming at you Monday and Tuesday with heated sculpt. It’s her birthday week so discounted $20 drop ins* ✨ also be sure to check out her class passes available

💓 is back on Saturday for a toddler music class 🪇these tend to fill up quick! Be sure to save your spot on the MB app

💓 Also on Saturday is sharing a Sensory Herbal Workshop. She’s the plug for herbal teas which you can grab in our first floor lobby shop 🫖

💓 And on Sunday, and I are back with our monthly Restorative & Yoga offering with 25% of proceeds going to . Please register ahead on the MB app. Spots are filling up.

Every month we host 3 classes that give back to local nonprofits. Here’s what we’ve got lined up for March 🫶🏼

🌸 THIS Sunday is our Community Yoga class where 100% of proceeds benefits . Expect 30 minutes of very gentle yoga postures followed by 30 minutes restorative.

🌸 Sunday, 3/15 and I are back for our Restorative Yoga & Sound event. A different non-profit is selected each month and for March, 25% of proceeds benefits

🌸 And the fourth Saturday of the month we have our donation based yoga with with leading class. 25% of proceeds benefits

March is right around the corner and it’s bringing some exciting new offerings, including an entirely new platform! Yes, fingers crossed March will be the month we say goodbye to MINDBODY 🥳🥹 yall, tears of joy 🙌🏼
