We finally got to come in and try out this fine establishment!! So many choices to choose from so we definitely gotta come back. Especially coming back to conquer that Burger Challenge. Oh I almost forgot, they have the best sweet potato waffle fries I’ve ever had.

Cardio session 1 complete. 2nd round will be later later like 5pm ish. Let me vent jus alil bit.... This quarantine didn’t seem so bad at the beginning and I continued to work out at home but as time has gone by, my motivation started to go away and I can feel my mental health started to take a dip. Lately I find myself without any motivation to do anything, very irritable and jus want to sleep all day. The gym has been my outlet to keep my mental health in check and keeping me from falling off the deep end again. People will tell me to “Snap Out Of It!” and I wish I could but they don’t understand. It’s been a lot easier to deal with it bc my wifey is right by my side, but these gyms need to open up again so I can feel normal again. Jus taking it a day at a time and forcing myself to put in work on the treadmill and do home workouts. Ok I’m done Carry On!!
