Please help us welcome Dr. Cara Watts to Chesapeake Bay ENT!

Passionate about the ENT field for its broad patient population, immense subject diversity, and opportunity to contribute in both the clinical and surgical settings, Dr. Watts holds herself to an extremely high standard when it comes to her medical practice. Believing that the connection between doctor and patient is paramount, she works hard to form positive, productive relationships with her patients. Dr. Watts specializes in all aspects of general otolaryngology and has special interests in allergy management, salivary gland surgery, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, and general pediatric ENT.
A local native of Virginia Beach, the beach remains Dr. Watts’ favorite aspect of the Tidewater area. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.

We are a growing ENT practice looking for a Personal ENT Coordinator. In this position, you will serve as the liaison between those patients assigned to you and Chesapeake Bay ENT. The duties assigned to this position are numerous and varied. They fall into both the traditional front and back-office categories of medical practice. Generally, you are responsible for ensuring that all of the non-practitioners tasks are satisfactorily completed in order to treat your patients. These include but are not limited to Registering, checking patients in and out, taking patients back and obtaining their vitals and medical histories, documenting the patient's visit in the EMR, ordering scans/labs, assisting the provider in the procedures, obtaining prior authorizations. Training will be provided in several of our offices to provide you with comprehensive training experience. Demonstration of competence for all required duties will be required prior to your being assigned patients to care for independently. Travel for training is required. Medical experience is preferred but not required and will be willing to train the right candidate. Experience with EclinicalWorks software is also a plus.
Other helpful skills include: customer service, medical terminology, enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment, good organizational skills, and punctuality.
Please note this is not a Front Desk position. You will be interacting one on one with patients when fully trained.
