An amazing race was put on in the city of Detroit! While we didn’t get to run, there were two half marathons and a marathon in the city today. Two of the races crossed the Canada- USA border: twice!

Our seventh !
We represented PT2Go in the Minnesota Get in Gear half marathon and 5k! We took the opportunity to visit the land of 10,000 lakes and run through Saint Paul and Minneapolis, MN. The run was beautiful taking you through neighborhoods, parks and over the Mississippi River!
Fun Fact: Did you know physical therapists can do more than just help you heal from an injury? Are you on an off cycle of training and looking to tune things up? A PT can help assess strengths and weaknesses to help you enter your next training cycle strong and healthy! 💪🏽
Minnesota fun fact: The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board is a robust group that is providing this large city with an amazing parks and green space initiatives. Minnesota had some of the best park systems we have personally seen in all of our traveling which encourages youth and adults alike to stay active!
