Find the Balance Chiropractic & Wellness Center

Find the Balance Chiropractic & Wellness Center Give. Love. Serve. Do. Find the Balance. Dr. Deana grew up in the small town of Sweetwater, TN. She mainly uses instrument adjusting.

Moving on to get her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, she graduated from The University of Tennessee – Knoxville. In Marietta, GA, she continued with her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University. Since 2015, she has run a family practice using Applied Kinesiology (AK) analysis, which thoroughly evaluates the body via head to toe muscle testing to make sure that the patient's frame is always in balance. Neuroemotional technique (NET) has helped patients get past places where they were "stuck" emotionally. She enjoys hiking in the mountains and spending time reading books at the beach. She loves to listen to instrumental music and learn new things.

Massage is more than relaxation — it’s stress relief for your entire body.

Massage lowers cortisol (your stress hormone), relaxes tight muscles, improves circulation, and helps calm the nervous system. When your body relaxes, your mind follows. The result? Better sleep, clearer thinking, improved mood, and a greater sense of balance.

Sometimes the best way to reset isn’t doing more… it’s allowing your body to unwind. ✨

Massage therapy plays a key role in muscle rehabilitation.
By increasing blood flow, reducing inflammation, and breaking up tight or damaged tissue, massage helps muscles recover more efficiently. It restores flexibility, supports proper movement, and speeds up healing—so the body can rebuild stronger, not just recover. 💪✨

Massage Therapy + Chiropractic Care = A Better Body, Period.

When muscles are relaxed and tissues are healthy, chiropractic adjustments last longer and work better. Massage therapy preps the body by releasing tension, improving circulation, and restoring balance—while chiropractic care realigns the structure and nervous system. Together, they don’t just relieve pain… they help your body move better, heal faster, and perform at a higher level.
This isn’t just care — it’s a strategy for feeling better and functioning stronger. 💪✨
