Our recent continuing education course through , “The Overhead Athlete: A Comprehensive Approach to Treatment,” focused on a full-body, movement-based evaluation and treatment strategy for overhead athletes.
The course emphasized the interdependence of mobility, stability, and motor control throughout the kinetic chain—highlighting how deficits in the thoracic spine, scapula, core, and lower body can directly impact shoulder function and performance.
We explored sport-specific mechanics in baseball, tennis, and volleyball, learning how to assess and treat inefficiencies in overhead motion.
