Dr. Teresa Shenouda offers quality eye care with a friendly and personal touch. Dr. Shenouda believes that each patient is unique and should be given a personalized experience based on his/her eye care needs. Dr. Shenouda is a board-certified ophthalmologist (Eye MD) with fellowship training in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. She is an assistant professor in the department of ophthalmology at Eastern Virginia Medical School where she supervises and teaches residents.

- Do not look directly at the sun.
- Use certified solar eclipse glasses and make sure glasses are not damaged or scratched to view safely.
- Do not use sunglasses, regular glasses, unfiltered binoculars, telescopes, or cameras to view the eclipse.
