Yes, my Substack is named Astrology and Leadership. However, the astrology I practice is all about being a whole person. I might be an astrologer, but I am just as grounded in the earth as my faith in the heavens. The balance between the two is crucial in living a life with absolute meaning. Living as healthy as possible is essential, so my work in astrology and leadership naturally extends to understanding how to keep our physical body running at its best. This creates a clear pathway for our intuitive gifts to flourish and helps us find more direct answers to life’s most critical questions.
When you watch your toddler effortlessly focus on complex tasks, fight off illness with remarkable efficiency, and display strength that turns heads at the playground, you can’t help but reflect on what’s different. For our family, the answer lies in embracing nature’s most nutrient-dense foods from the start. From introducing steak at 6 months old to incorporating raw milk as part of an animal-based diet rich in meat, fruit, and honey, we’ve witnessed firsthand how traditional, unprocessed foods can shape a child’s development.
Our journey into traditional nutrition began when our youngest son, Ezra, was 6 months old. As parents to three older children - now 24, 15, and 8 - we’d already walked the conventional path of modern nutrition. While all our children are blessed with high intelligence, our older three struggle with ADD and the frustrating challenge of focusing on tasks that don’t immediately capture their interest. Despite their brilliant minds, executive functioning has been an ongoing battle. This time around, we decided to do things differently, starting with introducing nutrient-dense animal foods early and making raw milk a cornerstone of Ezra’s diet from 7 months old….
