Yamas for the New Year at Collective Yoga!

Join us for a special candle-light 90-minute yoga session; a perfect way to close out the year and prepare for 2025!

This session will focus on the 5 Yamas of Yoga (Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya, Brahmacharya, Aparigraha), to help guide you for a thoughtful and centered 2025. Suitable to all levels, you will leave feeling peaceful and with a full heart.

What: 90-minute all-level yoga session. Will include Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin styles of yoga, with hands-on adjustments offered*

When: Friday, December 27th at 430p-6p.

What to bring: A yoga mat

Saucha. The Yoga concept of cleansing.

What can you clean out of your life? Body, heart, mind, soul, home?

Declutter your space. Consider purging 1 item each day of January.

De-junk your body. Consider going Vegan for the month of January.

Find your way to move to clean the lungs, heart, and lymphatic system (maybe yoga, or walking or something else).

De-junk your mind. Consider only extending energy on relationships that you want, and not those that ‘junk up’ your mind and soul.

De-junk your heart, Find peace with your actions and decisions (or inaction).

De-junk your time. Create space for what matters to you; not what doesn’t.

Make this year about less being more, and more about being YOU.
