I grew up in Pasadena, CA, graduated from UCLA, worked for a few of the most esteemed medical companies (Boston Scientific and Genzyme), prior to taking a short sabbatical to be a stay-at-home mom. As my kids got older, I became an owner/operator of an award-winning restaurant, and then worked for a start-up, bootstrap company to launch their coconut oil- based skin care product line.... PHEW! I have worked in every area of my passions...all the while, I was selling and buying property (11 homes) ranging from $49,000 (our first home on Terrell Road in San Antonio, Texas) to our $2,500,000 home on Virginia Road in San Marino, CA (which I sold after a 1 1/2 year complete restoration). I also personally established our lake home as a rental on VRBO ( #687966) with continued huge success!
