We are so grateful for our partnership with businesses like Apex Entertainment Virginia Beach! 🎉

Apex opens their doors to our Service Dog in Training classes of all ages, providing them with wonderful experiences around various sights and sounds. This allows them to gain confidence during their training to prepare them to serve their recipient, no matter where life takes them. 🐾

Last week in DC, Mutts With A Mission Facility Dog teams walked alongside law enforcement officers and the families of fallen officers during Police Week 2026. ❤️ We are proud of the work these teams do all year long, but are especially grateful for them taking time to honor the fallen and spread some tail wags when it is needed most. 🐾

Sage is home! 🎉

Expeditionary Facility Dogs Demo and Ike, along with many Mutts With A Mission Service Dogs in Training, were there to welcome the USS Gerald R. Ford - CVN 78 home this morning with wagging tails. ❤️

Sage is looking forward to continuing to serve her Sailors on the Ford now that they are home. 🐾

Thank you to Animal Eye Care VA and many other veterinary ophthalmologists who provide free eye exams to Service and Working Dogs in the month of May! 🐾 Mutts With A Mission dogs (and so many other Working Dogs) appreciate your care ❤️

🐾 Here’s a few of our service dog exams from this week. We are just over 50 for the month so far!

💙 Every May, our doctors are proud to participate in the annual ACVO/Epicur Service Animal Eye Exam Event Throughout the month, our veterinary ophthalmologists are providing FREE screening eye exams for eligible service and working animals as a thank you for the incredible jobs they do every day.
