Join us on the first Saturday of the new year for our first donation-based yoga class at the Smartmouth Pilot House in VB✨

Class will be led by from 11am–12pm. Donations are welcome via cash or Venmo, with 25% of proceeds benefiting .

Bring a mat and any props or supports that help make your practice more comfortable—and get ready to move! 💛

Come out this Saturday 12/20 for our last Yoga at the Market of 2025 before we take our winter break! Class is led by and will be held at 9 am in the social hall of Trinity Episcopal Church. As always, class is beginner friendly and donation-based AND you can support local small businesses at the market for your last minute holiday shopping after! Bring a mat and a friend! See you soon!

provides mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and MORE if you want to travel lightly to this serene sanctuary in Virginia Beach.

As usual, class is donation based, with at least 25% benefiting a local nonprofit organization.

✨ Join us for our final Bhav Brigade class at the Smartmouth Norfolk location! ✨

Next Saturday, 12/13, from 11–12pm, we’re closing out an incredible chapter of community donation-based yoga at the Smartmouth Brewery Norfolk location. Smartmouth has supported Bhav Brigade for years, giving us a space where movement, breath, and community could come together every month. 💛

Let’s fill the warehouse with gratitude and celebrate everything this space has meant before we transition to our new home at the Smartmouth Pilot House in Virginia Beach next year.

Whether you’ve been practicing with us forever or you’ve never rolled out a mat with Bhav yet, you are welcome. Come move, breathe, and share this final Smartmouth Norfolk practice with us.
