What an amazing first Bliss Women’s Circle! Last night’s full moon was beautiful as always. A photo can’t capture the magic of it; just like my words can’t describe the magic of last night’s Women’s Circle. Feminine energy is truly magical, healing, & needed. thank you so very much for trusting in me & helping me guide the first Women’s Circle ❤️🙏🏽❤️ Core memories were made!

I was thinking of maybe having a Bliss Women’s circle quarterly, but this morning I realized it might be really needed monthly around every full moon. I’ll have different Bliss Teachers assisting me each month. Stay tuned for more information. We see you, we honor you, & we’re here for you. Grateful to be doing this life together ❤️

I’m so happy & blessed to introduce you to our new Front Desk Associate, Cheryl! We’re so excited to have her join the bliss team ❤️ Here are a couple questions to get to know her better:

What is your favorite thing about the Bliss community?
My favorite thing about the Bliss community is the sense of warmth and belonging that is present from the moment you walk through the door. Everyone genuinely supports one another, creating an atmosphere where people feel comfortable, encouraged, and inspired. It’s not just about practicing yoga; it’s about being part of a community that values connection, mindfulness, and growth.

What benefits do you find from yoga?
Yoga helps me find balance—both physically and mentally. On the mat, it strengthens and energizes my body while also teaching me patience and self-awareness. Off the mat, it helps me manage stress, stay grounded, and bring more presence into my daily life. Yoga continually reminds me to pause, breathe, and approach challenges with a calm and open mindset.

This is a safe space for myself & all who need it. It’s truly a blessing for many, in so many different ways. We are here for all; a beacon of light & hope. Love, love, love. Root down deep into it. Carry yoga off the mat with you. Ahimsa, non-harming to all living beings. Your all encompassing love is needed in this world. So grateful for you sharing it with us and helping to create this magical yoga space in our corner of the world; especially during a time it is so needed. It feels so beautiful & powerful. The gratitude from my heart is overflowing; I hope you can feel it.

Grateful, grateful, grateful. There is something so special with Floyd Yoga Jam I can’t fully describe in words. What an amazing experience this was that brought a special feeling of ease into my soul. Feeling of peace & purpose. Most of all it left me so grateful for yoga and that I get this special privilege to share it with you. The September full moon calls for divine feminine connection. 🌕

On Saturday, September 6th at 6:00pm, we’ll gather together for 90 minutes of movement, breath, connection, and meditation for our first ever Women’s Circle.

This is a time to slow down, share space with other women, lift each other up, and soak in the supportive energy of the full moon. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, supported, and connected.

If you get the calling, do it ❤️ I’m so blessed to be able to go to my first ! I’ve always heard such amazing things about this festival. I’m grateful to Bliss Yoga Teacher Candace () for inviting me on this beautiful trip, grateful to Bliss Yoga Teacher, Colleen, for sharing her Floyd Yoga Jam experiences (I can’t wait to see you there!), & grateful for , a friend who will be teaching at the festival, who spoke truth when she said, if you always wait for the “right time” for anything, we would miss out on so much magic. (Can’t wait to take your class at Floyd!)

Grateful to all who stepped up to sub and help at Bliss. This was a more last minute decision….and sometimes the unplanned things end up being just what we need.
