Breath is our most powerful resource and on Sunday, January 11th (1/11) at 2:30pm, we’ll harness it together.

This lighter form of Holotropic Breathwork, Cirular Trans breathing is a practice of continuous breath. For 60 minutes, Lizzy will guide you through this unique experience set to music, followed by a long Savasana and optional discussion. Circular Trans breathing has been known to allow the participant to gain and explore an altered state of consciousness, sometimes psychedelic, without the use of external substances while allowing the participant time to process anything that might come to the surface of their minds.

What is the most important thing to you as a Bliss Front Desk Associate?
The most important thing to me as a Bliss Front Desk Associate is creating a warm and welcoming environment for all, whether they are new or regulars. I am the first person they interact with and their first impression of Bliss depends on me, which I think is very important.

What benefits do you find from yoga?
I find that yoga helps me feel at peace mentally and physically. It helps me when I am sore or tense, relieving pain and tension in my body, also making me more flexible in general. I also find that yoga has many mental benefits, reducing stress and helping me relax.

Bliss Hot 26&2 is back in the new year and you know is bringing the HEAT! 🔥

On January 7th at 5:00pm, Jenn will guide you through this challenging and addictively enjoyable 90 minute practice. With each posture done twice as well as the two pranayamas (breath work), this practice offers the participants a moving meditation while strengthening and detoxifying the body. This class is great for all levels of practice and modifications will be offered.
