We are honored and blessed to introduce you to Eddie! She’ll be teaching the Wednesday Yin Yoga in Luna at 5:30pm. A big welcome to Eddie 💕 Her Yoga Teacher Bio:
Teaching others how to heal from the inside out is Eddie’s passion—and it’s a path she’s been devoted to for over a decade. What may sound unconventional is deeply personal: her work as a teacher is rooted in her own healing journey.
About 18 years ago, Eddie experienced a significant injury to her right leg, including a severe ankle sprain and a jammed hip, along with multiple muscular strains. Unable to access traditional therapeutic care at the time, she turned to yoga as a way to support her recovery.
What began as a physical practice became something much deeper. Not only did she heal her body, but she also discovered a profound sense of self-empowerment—the understanding that we each hold the capacity to support our own healing. That realization continues to guide her teaching today. Eddie is passionate about helping others reconnect with that same inner awareness and strength. Through her classes, she aims to create a space where students can explore their bodies, calm their minds, and tap into their own innate healing energy.
Eddie teaches a range of styles, including restorative, vinyasa, and yin yoga, she weaves breathwork and meditation into every class, honoring traditional yogic principles.
