One of our favorite manual techniques:
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

It’s gentle, effective, and can make a big difference for patients dealing with:

➡️ Chronic Pain

➡️ Stiffness after injury

➡️ Headaches or Back pain

Our therapists take time to find and release facial restrictions— helping you feel looser, lighter, and more balanced after each session.

Before and after of a patient who came to us with significant pain across her shoulder blades and lower back as well as difficulty reaching overhead.
The increase in her range of motion and improvement in her postural kyphosis is after 45 min of treatment which included manual therapy and one on one guided exercises led by one of our esteemed PTs.
Don’t wait on these physical impairments. Put yourself first and seek treatment if you’re finding difficulty with performing daily activities or exercise that you brings you joy. We would love to help get you set and moving in the right direction!

Did you know that your postural endurance muscles are just as important as the big muscles you work in the gym? These muscles—like your core, mid-back, and glutes—keep you upright, support your spine, and help you maintain proper posture throughout the day. But here’s the kicker: When these muscles are weak, it leads to poor posture, fatigue, discomfort, and even long-term injury.

Physical therapy can be extremely helpful in addressing these often overlooked areas by ensuring you are able to maintain proper alignment and perform correctly. If any restrictions or limitations are found, we can address that through a variety of modalities and hands on treatment.

Remember, it’s not just about looking good, it’s about functional long-lasting strength that will carry over into your daily life! So, next time you’re working out, don’t forget to show love to your postural muscles. Your body will thank you. 🙏✨
