⭐️ Welcome, Trish, as our Director of Nursing⭐️
Trish brings over 20 years of healthcare experience and a true heart for caring for others. Her journey in healthcare began right here in our community at what was formerly known as Walker Nursing Home, where she started working in the housekeeping department. She went on to earn her CNA, then her LPN, and later her RN, and became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and earned the AdvancedRAC-CTA certification in long-term care.

With more than 10 years of leadership experience, Trish has dedicated her career to improving residents' quality of life and supporting the teams who care for them each day.

“It is truly a privilege to be a part of the lives of the residents we serve. Families place incredible trust in us when they bring their loved ones to Cass County Senior Living, and my goal is to make every day here the very best it can be.”– Trish

Trish and her husband, Rick Carpenter, have been happily married for 25 years and proudly call Virginia, Illinois, home. They have five children — Ethan, Sami, Joey, Colton, and Kaylon — ranging in age from 22 to 6, and they are blessed to welcome AJ Carpenter, the wife of their oldest son, Ethan, into their growing family.

Faith and community are very important to Trish and her family. They are members of New Life Church in Virginia, and Trish is actively involved in several local committees and organizations. She considers her children her greatest joy and believes that all of her blessings come through Christ.

Trish shares that she feels incredibly blessed to live and serve in Virginia's amazing community. She looks forward to caring for the residents and families of Cass County Senior Living & Rehabilitation.
