🐶 Meet Fernando

Named after the ABBA song, Fernando was the second pup born to Mara — and he’s been stealing the spotlight ever since. We lovingly call him Nanny and Nando, and he responds to them all! Like his brother Fif, Nanny turns 2 this October, and so, he's young and learning.

A springerdoodle with a big heart, Fernando loves attention and isn’t shy about asking for it. He’s incredibly sweet, irresistibly cuddly, and thrives on connection. As part of Therapy Dog Thursdays with Jennifer at Align North, Fernando brings warmth, playfulness, and plenty of snuggles to the therapy room.

🐶 Meet Fif

Fif earned his name by being the fifth puppy born to Mara — right at 5:55 a.m.! Fif is still young, he will be 2 this October 2026. He is a springerdoodle - English Springer Spaniel and Standard Poodle.

Now a calm and gentle presence, Fif is one of the dogs joining Jennifer for Therapy Dog Thursdays at Align North. He’s incredibly laid-back, the kind of pup who takes life as it comes and rarely gets ruffled. Fif especially loves being outside, so don’t be surprised if he’s soaking up the sunshine before your session. His calm energy makes him a soothing companion in the therapy space.

🐶 Meet Mara

Mara is a 7-year-old English Springer Spaniel and one of our rotating pups for Therapy Dog Thursdays with Jennifer. You will also hear her referred to as Mama and Mama Chunk....she responds to all! Fun fact about Mara, she is also the mother to our other two pups on the rotation, Fif and Fernando.

She’s incredibly sweet, a little silly, and known for her charming snorts and noises that tend to bring unexpected laughter to the day. Mara loves gentle ear scratches and proudly brings her toys to share — it’s her way of saying hello! She’s a natural at offering comfort and comic relief in equal measure.
