Who designs for Loxley Designs, Inc.? Our firm's designer is Desiree' Loxley. Mrs. Loxley has studied engineering at the University of Missouri - Rolla (Missouri Science & Technology), architecture at Drury University (Springfield, MO) and has received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Maryville University (St. Louis, MO). Mrs. Loxley has worked in several engineering firms and designed in several architectural firms since 2000. Isn't hiring a designer expensive? It doesn't have to be...Our fees are based on the extent of the services required. We will come meet with you and discuss your project requirements at no cost and no obligation until an agreement can be made concerning project scope and price. What types of services does Loxley Designs, Inc. provide? The firm provides many different services, including but not limited to: space planning, design of outdoor spaces, systems furniture, custom furniture, custom features, jewelry concepts, branding types (logos, signage, etc.), designs for commercial, residential, automotive, aeronautical, nautical, retail, healthcare and hospitality interiors. Services can also include hand renderings, Auto-CAD drawings, plans, elevations and construction documentation. Finish selection can also be specified for a design to complete the overall intent. What do you mean by healthcare? Healthcare Design is design for hospitals, such as but not limited to patient waiting or exam rooms. What about Hospitality? Hospitality Design is design for hotels, restaurants, etc. What is Construction Documentation? Construction Documentation is the required documents to express the scope of work to the construction crew. This may contain drawings with detailed information such as plans, elevations, etc. Also known as Blueprints. Is there anything that Loxley Designs, Inc. won't design? Loxley Designs, Inc. does not design any structural or engineering application beyond schematic ideas. All structural or engineering applications (for any schematic idea) shall be designed by an engineer or architect. Otherwise, the firm is unlimited and open to all design challenges.
