This Nourish Tea has been on repeat in my tea kettle lately 🫖

Winter in Minnesota is no joke, and this is one of my favorite simple ways to support my family (and myself) during cold & flu season.

It’s a gentle, nourishing blend I feel good about giving to my kids and sipping myself — especially on those long, dry, sniffly winter days.

I love that it supports the immune system and lungs, helps calm inflammation, and adds a little extra nourishment when fresh foods and sunshine are harder to come by.

We drink it warm with a little honey, usually in the evenings, and it’s become such a cozy winter ritual for us ❄️
