👋Hi, my name in Shawna, I am a certified Massage Therapist for over 18 years. I graduated back in 2006 from Lakewood school of Massage Therapy in Madison Wisconsin👩‍🎓. Immediately after becoming a certified member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I also hold a License for "Massage Therapist or Bodywork Therapist" with the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

I love this time of year. For the feeling that it will soon be time to hibernate and rejuvenate Yin/water/blood. By resting and sleeping and being gentle with ourselves during winter we build our fuel/roots,to have strong Yang/fire energy when it’s time to emerge from the winter.

One of the benefits of pulse diagnosis is to provide the acupuncturist with the ability to make a differential diagnosis, meaning they can pinpoint which imbalance is causing which symptom.
