Vernon County WIC Program Vernon WIC provides nutritious foods to families in all counties of Wisconsin. Give us a call! WIC promotes and supports breastfeeding.

The purpose of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is to promote and maintain the health and well-being of nutritionally at-risk pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children. WIC provides supplemental nutritious foods, nutrition and breastfeeding information, and referral to other health and nutrition services.

💛 Did you know some WIC appointments can be done over the phone? Families can also use the Wisconsin MyWIC app to check their benefits and see which foods are approved while they shop. Just a few ways WIC is designed to fit your life. Find the app in the Google Play or Apple App Store by searching "Wisconsin MyWIC."

May is National Asparagus Month, and we have a quick and tasty dinner idea for you.
Try this easy roasted veggie pasta! Toss together:
- Asparagus
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
