I have made a choice to be a beacon of light for God as i walk miles up and down these streets. Working like a lighthouse for all the people who are floating around the oceans of despair to find their way back home to God's welcoming Loving embrace. Thank You Lord for the opportunity to show others what your saving grace looks like.

I feel that one of my followers needs to hear this quick minute of encouragement just don't underestimate the power of God which is inside most of our hearts and get slammed into the wall like my therapist who told me to push a pipe toward her while lying on my back with my arms in the air.

During today's mile of a workout I was reflecting on how thankful I am that God held me together long enough so that my emotions don't match how my body feels or I would probably look and be acting just like Stitch. 😂

After today's mile of a workout, I feel that God sent my buddy Steve to make me laugh during the current storms going on in this crazy world that we live in. Laughter helps the soul regenerate to prepare for an eternity in heaven with Our Lord and Savior. Our bodies are just temporary and Our souls can live forever. A healthy soul will also produce a healthy body. If God didn't have a sense of humor, then why do we look the way we do first thing in the morning? Don't be afraid to let your light shine for all to see like i try to do everyday in my neighborhood. Motivating others helps me deal with the cards that I have been dealt with. So If I have a winning hand, then we all have a winning hand. my cane now represents a shepherd's staff guiding others to the winners circle and eventually the upper room with Jesus.

Today's mile of a workout was dedicated to thanking God for answering some of my unspoken prayers, so feel free to join my new friends Marty and Barbara in a rejoiceful victory dance to celebrate the already received Victories and the ones to come. Good Night and God Bless 🙏❤️ God willing we can fight again tomorrow. Don't let the Devil feed you lies about what you can and can't pray for. Nothing is impossible for Our God now getting a chocolate cupcake from my lovely wife tonight might be a little hard, but it's not impossible especially with God by my side to guide my words tonight. Lord touch her heart enough to help you answer my prayers and open the wrapper so I don't have to eat another wrapper.LOL! 🤔👍😂😁🧁

After praying for an unspoken prayer during today's mile of a workout. This video made me laugh, so I accepted it as confirmation from God that everything is going to be okay and it's time to smile again and rejoice with Him once again. Alright, I'm ready now for another therapy session for my arm at Rehab. The other patients better get their pens and paper ready to take notes on how to break the chains from disabilities and enjoy their lives the way they want to and not the way the doctors told them that they are allowed to. My God in heaven says to rejoice through all things. If you don't know how I'll teach you! Let's start a "Staying Alive" club where we help each other find happiness. It's possible if you really want it. I've laughed at this world many times because it was only able to get one of my feet in the grave while God held my right hand and kept the other one out. "Let's do this!" If you feel better after listening to my old mix, let me know.

I had this on my mind during today's mile of a workout. I believe that All of my emotional and physical scars had a divine purpose, and are carried as trophies of God's Victories won through me over this corrupted world.
