After Today's mile of a workout, I came back inside and found this video that God spoke to me through where I realized that sometimes we need to listen with both our eyes and ears to understand, just like a lot of us don't understand God when we are being spoken to, but we can understand Nibbles. Look at the whole picture before getting upset and just maybe we'll receive the clarity that we seek in our lives. Good Night and God Bless 🙏❤️ God willing we can fight again tomorrow. I pray that this post brings some peace and clarity to your lives. PS. Nibbles is my hero for his never ending courage against Tom. If you take a second and think about it our lives are just like this show where we are like Nibbles, Tom is the Devil and Jerry is the Holy Spirit who often gets overlooked and ignored. So put your pride aside and begin to listen to the people and things around you and God willing you won't have to travel down the road that I have traveled.

I was reflecting on this during today's mile and have made the choice to pull the anchor ⚓ and throw it forward to the future and its joy, because I Don't want to stay in the past with all the pain and suffering so, let's all pull Our anchors and we can move forward to the joyous future that the Good Lord has prepared for us.

I may not know When I will get to the finish line of my recovery, but I have Faith in the good Lord to get me there in His s timing and Not mine. Father God all I ask from you is to continue the coffee flowing for my wife and an occasional Cookie 🍪 for me and my neighbors.

Today's first mile workout was dedicated to an unspoken prayer and the second mile was a way of thanking God for the blessings that I know in my heart that are on the way. I don't know what they are but I know that if God is behind them, then by my faith I know they will be great.(Like Tony the Tiger Great)

Amen! I know that one day God will turn my sorrow into joy. But until I receive my healing I'm going to keep offering my body as a sacrificial offering with my workouts like today with my 30 laps around the driveway and half mile in the street. So, just continue to watch and learn what the power of God can accomplish. Good Night and God Bless 🙏❤️ God willing we can fight again tomorrow.

To some this is just an empty container of apple sauce, but to me it's a symbol of the Love Grace and Mercy that our Lord in heaven has for me. For years I have been chasing them around the plates because you can't eat apple sauce with just one hand but I keep my faith like the good Lord asks in the Bible and now I can hold it on my own with my paralyzed hand and spoon it with my right hand. Lord bring on the pudding cups. LOL I'm ready! Anything for the honor and glory of God.🤔👍😁💪

This is something that got me thinking about how I continue to live my life with the trust and faith in God to get me where He wants me to be. I know in my heart that when God sees it fit that cookies or donuts will fall from the heavens and the rain will taste like coffee."It can happen!" Nothing is impossible for our God. Jesus I know that wherever you steer me to will be better than anywhere I would have ended up at on my own.

Today's mile of a workout was dedicated to an unspoken prayer. Remember that if you pray small you'll get Blessed small. Don't worry God still has Many, Many more miracles right in the palm of His hand and rest assured that He did not use them all on my life. I was chosen by God to show the world what strong Faith and perseverance can accomplish. When you finally receive the miracle you have been praying for, just don't forget to thank the source. Amen, I know that my story is not over yet and the best is yet to come. Soon some of the biggest victories of my recovery will be in front of the people who not only doubted me but also doubted the one who dwells within me and hopefully turns them into believers. I laughed In the Devil's face many times as he tried to get me to put my cross down. So My haters might just get the same treatment if not more. I trust God to pull me out of this valley that I'm correctly in with my arms held high as I enter the winners circle to finally cut that victory cake to celebrate with my faithful followers. Don't worry I'll make sure to get a few veggie trays for those who don't celebrate like that. LOL!

I went and i conquered another awesome workout with a mile prayer dedication and workout that was showing a little more strength in my left shoulder. Now I'm relaxing at home while watching Garfield rock out. Good night and God Bless. 🙏❤️ God willing we can fight again tomorrow.
