During today's mile of a workout God affirmed his presence with me as He brightened the sun enough to shine through the storm clouds that were trying to stop me from my daily prayer walk. Proof that if it's in God's will He will make it happen. Guiding our steps and lighting the paths of righteousness.

During today's mile of a workout i was reflecting on my faith and how God has never let me down when this world tried to put me down. So my faith is built on the many times God rescued me while i had one foot in the grave. My life was not easy and i am very grateful to God for choosing me to help motivate his children to fight. I am a proud Christian who is not ashamed to tell people that my life is a reflection of God's power and Grace.

Today during my mile of a workout I was reflecting on this road that I've been on for many years, but I know in my heart that i was chosen by God to take this path in life because He knew that i was strong enough to get through it with some of God's children with me to share with the world that with God He can still make the impossible "Possible. So, can I get a big Amen for God!

I am very thankful to God for another great therapy session where me and my arm were able to prove once again that we mean business. The power of God was present with me as I defied the odds with about a 15% increase in movement enough to send the therapist running back to her Boss requesting a new game plan and wanting more hours of therapy for me. Good Night and God Bless 🙏❤️ God willing we can fight again tomorrow. Can I get an Amen!

This road that I've been traveling through has not been easy, but i know that it has a purpose. What you see in me is exactly what God wants you to see. I'm proof that it will be okay and you will be okay too. Thank You Lord for using me to motivate others who were scared to "Hammer Down!" That throttle like i do when the roads get a little scary. Just leave the loads that you are dragging from your past on the side of the road and let God fulfill His will for your lives. Good Night and God Bless 🙏❤️ God willing we can fight again tomorrow. Don't complain about the process, but just trust the results. You'll never become a beautiful butterfly if you're not willing to sit in the shell and wait while God transforms you.

"No Rest for the determined! Today my wife took me to Denny's on Akers for my birthday breakfast which we go to every year and as a way of working off our meal we walked all the way to Amigos Restaurant and Cantina for two well deserved and doctor approved beers 🍻 and yes we had to grab two half Richard burritos for dinner on the way out.

Today during me and my wife's daily walk. Olga took this beautiful picture that lit a little spark of faith in me this reminded me of God's power and Love for us because the sun may set tonight but if we wait patiently tonight God Will bring it back in the morning.just like my left side. I trust God to remove all of the darkness in my life and restore the light in my heart, mind, and body with a new sunrise and healing. I found this verse this morning while getting ready for a doctor appointment where I was cleared of diabetes and given just a little stricter diet but was given the approval of cake and ice cream for my birthday soon. So when I got home I was able to knock out 30 laps on the side of the garage with 30 step ups at the front door as a way of thanking God for destroying yet another barrier in my life. Thank you Lord for the peace in my life that will help me get a good night sleep tonight where I will be able to do a victory dance in my dreams. Today's workout was dedicated to thanking God for Always being there to get me through All of the storms that tried their hardest to sink my boat(proof that the people around you will determine the outcome of your battles in life). I carry the whole Trinity with me to guarantee me victory and safe travels though life, but if you like to swim and struggle then just go ahead and keep those boat rockers in the boat with you. My crew consist of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Gilligan got tossed over the side the first time he upset my wife.👍😁💪 Your crew can either sink you or help keep you afloat, the choice is up to you. 🤔🙏 AMEN.

Today's Mile of a workout was dedicated to praying for a few of my followers and demonstrating the power of God that flows through me to give me the emotional and physical strength to keep pushing down the road to recovery regardless of what gets in front of me.The universe looks big imagine how big the creator of the universe must be let this marinate for a little while we get ready for bed where we can reflect on how small our problems must appear to the one that controls All the stars in the sky.

This is how i can continue to go to therapy at rehab and always make progress like today. So a quick mile of a workout was done before i left as a way of thanking God for showering me with His peace and comfort as i continue to walk down this road to recovery with Him.
