We’re so grateful to the VA Central California Health Care System for hosting such a thoughtful and informative Caregiver Summit. It was an incredible opportunity to learn from both VA staff and community partners about innovative ways to support those who care for our veterans and seniors.
We walked away with valuable tools and insights from personal care techniques to art therapy and stress reduction methods that we look forward to implementing with our caregivers. Thank you for helping us strengthen the care we provide and for investing in the well-being of those who serve behind the scenes. 💙

We’re excited to invite you to the upcoming Caregiver Summit, hosted by the Caregiver Support Program at VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS), 2615 E. The Caregiver Summit is a unique opportunity for VA and community partners to come together, build meaningful connections, and explore how we can better engage and empower the caregivers we collectively serve.
This year’s summit will include:
Dedicated time for collaboration to identify service gaps and begin building actionable solutions for caregivers in our local community
A resource fair with VA and community providers offering brochures, flyers, and handouts—giving participants the tools to create their own caregiver resource toolkit
Presentations from the VACCHCS Caregiver Support Program, including topics on Caregiver Stress Reduction Techniques and Caregiver First Aid
Free Continuing Education Units will be available to eligible participants
