Far too often, LGBTQ+ individuals face barriers when seeking mental health care. This month and every month, we advocate for safe, affirming, and equitable mental health support for all communities.

We are a volunteer organization dedicated to raising awareness and providing essential education, advocacy, and support groups for people living with mental illness and their family and friends. We advocate for access to services, treatment, supports, and research.
