12-Week Community Workout Group
This group is all about committing to 12 weeks of consistency, progress, and accountability—together.
What It Is:
• A community of people working toward their own fitness goals.
• A 12-week commitment to move, train, and improve in whatever way works best for you.
• A space for accountability, encouragement, and shared wins.
How It Works:
• Everyone follows their own workout program or routine.
• Each week we’ll check in as a group (online or in person) to share progress, struggles, and victories.
• There will be weekly challenges (fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle based) to keep things fun and fresh.
• You’ll have an accountability partner or the group as a whole to help keep you on track.
The Goal:
• Stay consistent for 12 weeks.
• Push yourself while supporting others.
• Build habits that last beyond the program.
At the End of 12 Weeks:
• We’ll celebrate progress together, recognize the wins, and reflect on what we accomplished as a group.
• There WILL be a single winner.
This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up, staying committed, and proving what you can do with 12 weeks of focus.
