Why sleep?
It’s a huge factor in healing! In fact we often focus on addressing sleep habits before digging deeper into pain. If you can’t obtain quality sleep, our work in healing will only go so far. We get that this can be a vicious cycle though.

Sleep quality tells us a lot that’s why we ask you about it. If you aren’t getting proper sleep then we need to start there.

How did we go from stomach sleeping to jaw issues?

If you have to sleep on your stomach it’s cause you can’t keep your airway open. If you can’t keep your airway open you likely have chronic jaw and tongue issues. Which also means you likely have chronic neck issues, which likely makes its way to your shoulders.

We’re looking for the root of the problem right? Not just the bandaid. .
