There is only 1 day left to donate new and unwrapped gifts for our Santa Store. The Santa Store is a space we set up for our clients who are most in need, to come and pick out gifts for their family members. In some cases, our amazing staff members are the ones who will 'shop' and select the gifts for their client. Having as many items as possible to choose from makes it a fun and more enjoyable experience for everybody who stops by.

We only have a few days left to collect donations for our Santa Store. All items for moms, dads, kids, and teens are still in high need. Your help will help us make the holidays special for our clients who are in need.

We have one week left to accept donations for our Annual Santa Store, which benefits many of our clients who are in need of some extra help and support this season. We have some great gift ideas for moms, kids, and infants if you will be doing some holiday shopping this weekend and are interested in dropping off some donations with us! Donations can be taken to our Administration office at 744 E. Douglas in Visalia.

Family Services is supported every year by generous donations from community members who see value in the work that we do. Giving Tuesday is tomorrow, 12/2/25, and we welcome donations to help us continue on our mission of guiding people to Safe Homes, Safe Relationships, and Safe Children. Spending some time shopping on Black Friday or Cyber Monday? Why not pick up an item or two to donate to our Santa Store? Items for dads and teens are always a high need. We want to be able to get gifts under the tree for our clients who may need some extra help and support this holiday season.

Family Services is wishing everybody a safe and restful Thanksgiving holiday. Our offices will be closed, beginning at noon on Wednesday. Our 24-Hour Crisis Lines are always available if needed. Regularly scheduled office hours will resume on Monday, December 1st.

The clients we serve often have family pets that would love some new treats or small toys for their stockings! Let's not forget about all the furry family members that deserve some attention this holiday season. Our Santa Store can accept donations of small pet care items and toys, as well as gift cards to local pet stores.

Volunteers are a vital part of Family Services. When they give their time and talents to our programs, and the clients we serve, they are giving back in a way that can't be measured. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, you can visit our website at fstc.net for more information. Our next 40 hour training for crisis counselors starts on January, 9th.

Many of our families have teenagers that shouldn't be forgotten about during this season of giving. Did you know we even have a drop in center for youth at our Freedom House? A place where they can receive assistance or just visit if they need a safe space. Santa needs to visit the teens too! Check out our Amazon wish list for more great gifts to give.

Our Santa Store wants to remind all those who are interested in donating, to not forget about Dad this holiday season. Family Services provides assistance to many Dad's who are taking steps to help their families heal and thrive. We always have a need for the perfect gifts for them. Check out our Amazon wish list that already has some items that a Dad might like, or drop off something at our office that you pick out yourself!
