🌿 April is Stress Awareness Month! 🌿

Stress is a part of life, but managing it is key to staying healthy and balanced. Here are some simple ways to reduce stress every day:

✅ Take short breaks to reset your mind
✅ Practice deep breathing (try the 4-7-8 method!)
✅ Go for a walk or stretch to release tension
✅ Get enough sleep—your body needs rest!
