Wonderful teacher earlier this week shared something beautiful- you can let the sand bother you or you can pretend it’s like sugar dusting from a sugar cookie! Powerful mindset shift -same sand - one annoying the other magical!

Choose to spend my morning and it was freaking glorious! 🤍 A feast for the eyes and my soul! I love art museums because you get to bear witness to something that has, or that will outlive its creator. A piece - a moment captured by someone who once breathed, loved…. lives on while their life itself has long since passed. It’s so humbling. Because you come face to face with the reality that life is both breathtakingly beautiful… and undeniably finite.

But the best part is when you exit the museum doors you start to notice things differently and suddenly everywhere you look EVERYTHING is ART! ✨🤩✨

On Saturday, I showed up at Poinsetta Park planning to walk a charity 5K for
No training. No plan. Definitely no intention to run. (Have not run in years!)

But I ran 🏃‍♀️

I ran to remind myself that I can do hard things. I ran because I could—because it’s a privilege to move your body freely, especially in support of a cause bigger than yourself, especially for those who can’t. I ran because I ask people to step into discomfort all the time - and I refuse to ask something of others that I won’t continually ask of myself.

And I got to run alongside a team & community I deeply respect ✊
SmartFit is so much more than fitness on a whole other level —it’s an incredible caring community filled with awesome humans who elevate you in all the right ways.
So here’s your reminder:
You CAN do hard things.
Alone if you have to.
Together if you’re SMART 😉💪

Stepping into this New Year with my head held high and my heart full ❤️‍🔥and super stoked about the year ahead!

Proudly celebrating two ✌️ years sober—a decision made for health but also with the intention to be more present, connected and truly show up for family, friends, and community.

Starting off 2026 with a SOLD OUT yoga retreat in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 in beautiful partnership 💕with - Our Serenity in the Cloud Forest retreat is FILLED with the most incredible group of women! And I am looking forward to co-creating memories, connections, and transformational moments as we step into our best 2026—together.

My intention for 2026 is being part of communities that lift each other up. Growing stronger 💪 together in mind & body so that we rise up collectively.

Not just because it is a beautiful 🤩 group of strong 💪 women and men that are so dedicated to their health and well being but because of the incredible journey we have been on together week in and week out!! The Madonna Inn was a fantastical pink explosion 💓with the most scrumptious 🤩looking cakes 🍰 I have ever seen (but didn’t get to taste as no GF options!)
Thanks for for the recommendation 🙏🫶
Afterwards we went to Hearst Castle 🏰 and there are no words to describe the opulence we bore witness to and the architectural mastery!
After travel adventures I always feel so inspired ✨remembering that
inspiration is born the moment you remember to look up and realize the world is still full of things that can take your breath away.😮‍💨
