Hi everyone! I’m Dr. Katie Serrano, a licensed physical therapist and strength coach, and I run MVMT Physical Therapy & Performance in North County. My mission is to help people move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free through tailored, performance-based training and rehabilitation. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to optimize your performance, I provide personalized care to meet your unique needs.

I am excited to announce KB Club: Mastering the Basics, an 8-week small group kettlebell training course designed to teach you the foundational movements essential for building strength, mobility, and power! Kettlebells are one of my favorite training tools because they offer an efficient, full-body workout that builds the athletic qualities we need to stay strong, mobile, and powerful. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or looking to refine your technique, this class will guide you through proper form and functional exercises to help you move better and lift stronger.
