At the scene of an accident, if your medical information is not immediately right in front of their face, (eg: medical ID jewelry or our Seatbelt ID), First Responders will begin at-the-scene medical treatment, without full knowledge of your health condition. The MediPal ID contains the user's comprehensive Health and Contact information in a document, or downloadable PDF format. Not only is the MediPal ID durable and affordable, we also offer custom logo imprinting just below the emergency insignia, making the MediPal ID a very attractive company promotional item. Additionally, our MediPal ID transfers easily to anything with a strap. eg: purse, backpack or f***y pack, waist belt or wheelchair/walker bar, or one's arm using the wide elastic armband. In his latest email, Anthony K. Shriver writes about his mother’s unending love and lifelong dedication to people with special needs, which has inspired their new Eunie's Buddies program, affectionately named in her honor.

"Through this initiative, we're committed to ensuring that families and individuals with IDD receive the support and resources needed to navigate the journey of raising a child with IDD. Having someone who has walked a similar path by your side can greatly influence the trajectory of a family and their child's future.

Through Eunie’s Buddies, parents of children with IDD will have the opportunity to connect with new parents who are expecting, have recently welcomed a baby, or are raising a child up to five years old with an IDD diagnosis. The program creates a mentor–mentee connection and offers parents and caregivers encouragement, emotional support, and access to valuable resources. Eunie's Buddies will begin its pilot phase in Miami, Nashville, Denver, and Boston this year, and with time expand its reach to additional cities.

Eunie’s Buddies was built on an unrelenting faith and belief that family and a strong support system pave the way for a child with a disability to have access to education, secure meaningful employment, and lead a fulfilling life.
We are excited about this initiative and the life-changing impact it will have on families within the IDD community.

Emergency First Responders have questions. The MediPal Seatbelt ID has answers.

We are a family just like yours, concerned about the care and safety of our loved ones. As the founder of the MediPal company and a mother with a daughter who is nonverbal and has epilepsy, I bring a personal commitment to helping support the rights of those in the disability community and to help ensure their voices are heard. I am all too familiar with the kind of ongoing advocacy work that’s needed for individuals with unique needs to receive appropriate care.

First Responders need to know if their patient has a chronic health condition, or is on multiple medications, because it can influence the kind of emergency medical treatment they provide, and it can also influence where their patient will be transported, should he/she need further treatment.
