Alright let’s take a look at one of my fav transitions…
Moving into Front Splits.
This one’s a winner for many reasons, but by moving your foot back with control, it not only helps us stay focused through to the end of the workout, but subtly gives us a moment of hip mobility and stability that allows us to move into the exercise feeling primed and ready to get the most out of it we possibly can…
