The Aries New Moon opens a doorway for new beginnings, courage and action. With so much fire building in the zodiac, we have a choice to either force and push our agenda or to work with the fire consciously letting it ignite our intentions for New Earth. Fire can purify and burn through what is ready to go, but it can also be directed as a life force, creation element. Never before have we seen an astrological chart like this! It’s time for a reset!

Not Your Typical Yoga Studio

Our yoga is not like anything you would normally experience in a yoga studio. We offer Kundalini Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation Classes, and much more. These yogic modalities are not found together or even separately at most yoga studios in the world. This type of yoga focuses on the nervous and endocrine system of the body to promote overall health and wellbeing. It is a complete workout and balance for the body, mind and soul. Meditation is included in every class as well as targeted meditations before or after classes. Yoga means Union. Union of the body and spirit and union with each other. This yoga is for everyone and for all age groups. Children are welcome at all classes.
