Our outdoor deck studio, the perfect haven for students seeking a natural space to practice yoga, mediation, breath work, sound healing and more. Immerse yourself in the natural and grounding environment that fosters a sense of peace and relaxation. The harmonious blend of nature and cool ocean breezes create an atmosphere that enhances the mind-body connection, allowing you to fully embrace your practice and come to your center. Exact address and directions are given after bookings. We also rent our outdoor venue for small gatherings.

Not Your Typical Yoga Studio

Our yoga is not like anything you would normally experience in a yoga studio. We offer Kundalini Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation Classes, and much more. These yogic modalities are not found together or even separately at most yoga studios in the world. This type of yoga focuses on the nervous and endocrine system of the body to promote overall health and wellbeing. It is a complete workout and balance for the body, mind and soul. Meditation is included in every class as well as targeted meditations before or after classes. Yoga means Union. Union of the body and spirit and union with each other. This yoga is for everyone and for all age groups. Children are welcome at all classes.
