You are invited to a special 2-hour mini-retreat featuring restorative yoga and a transformative sound bath. We will begin with some slow, gentle, therapeutic movement to prepare your body for deep relaxation and healing. During the sound bath, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments gently guide you into a state where your body can unwind, your mind can quiet, and your energy can reset. As the vibrations wash over you, you’ll be invited to soften into presence, create space for stillness, and reconnect with your breath and body. We’ll close the evening with soft Reiki healing melodies to gently ground and integrate the experience. Tickets are $30 and S&T members will receive a $10 discount. As always, I will have some sheets and blankets available to lay on the grass, but feel free to bring a yoga mat or pillow for more cushion if you like!
