Catch Sam on the schedule 💛💫 She teaches Bikram on Tuesdays at 9:30AM, Tibetan Rites & Backbending on Tuesdays at 11AM, Vinyasa on Tuesdays at 12PM, and Vinyasa on Saturdays at 10:30AM.

✨ Special class: Sam will be teaching Part 2 of the Third Set Series on Saturday, February 7th at 8AM, focusing on Warm-Up + Spine Strengthening.

Samantha Morrone began practicing Bikram Yoga in May of 2010 and attended Bikram teacher training in Fall 2013. She loves practicing both the Beginner Series and the Third Set Series, finding deep value in each.

Her approach to teaching is rooted in showing up authentically—allowing her humanness to shine through the discipline of the practice. Sam is especially passionate about teaching the Third Set Series, helping students discover a deeply personal, tailored practice—one she has come to truly cherish herself. 🫶

Meet Olivia ✨
She teaches Vinyasa on Tuesdays at 7:45PM and Pilates on Thursdays at 4:45PM.

Olivia has been practicing yoga since 2011 and received her yoga certification at HOTFLO in 2022. She began teaching Vinyasa immediately after, with classes that focus on slow, intentional movement while progressively building toward more advanced postures—and always throwing in fun arm balances.

In 2023, she became Pilates certified and has been teaching ever since. Olivia loves building not only strong, healthy, capable bodies, but also resilient minds. Outside of the hot room, she’s a coach, trainer, and business owner, and her yoga practice is what keeps her balanced and sane.

“I started practicing Bikram Yoga on May 17, 2022, and fell in love with it that very day. I’ve been obsessed ever since and became a certified teacher on December 15, 2024.

I’ve been a weightlifter since 1980, and yoga has blessed me with greater flexibility, balance, endurance, breath control, and the ability to stay comfortable in uncomfortable environments. It supports me mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

I’m also preparing for my first all-natural bodybuilding competition this February, and Bikram Yoga has been essential for recovery—and getting shredded.” 💪🔥

If you’re looking to conquer something in the New Year, this is it.

Our Spring Pilates Teacher Training will take place March 6–8, beginning Friday evening and continuing through Saturday and Sunday. Exact times and full details will be shared soon, but for now, mark your calendar and start envisioning what’s possible.

The investment for the training is $1,850, with a $500 early registration discount available through January 31.

This training is designed for those ready to deepen their practice, step into leadership, challenge themselves both physically and mentally, and turn “someday” into now. More details coming soon.

Lately at the studio we’ve been receiving a steady stream of calls from older gentlemen with a history of heavy lifting. 💛 Many of them practiced Bikram Yoga years ago, went on hiatus, and are realizing now that their bodies need it more than ever as they continue to age. They talk about how tight they’ve become, how sore their joints feel, and how the strength they built in the gym never quite addressed mobility and balance the way yoga did.

What I always tell them is what I’ve always believed: if you do yoga, you should lift weights—and if you lift weights, you should do yoga. It’s not one or the other. The two belong together.

That idea goes back to Bikram himself — originally a bodybuilder whose own experience with intense strength training and injury recovery led him to create the 26-posture heated sequence. He shaped a practice that gave athletes a powerful tool for flexibility, breath control, and sustainable movement alongside strength.

When I started, most studios offered only 90-minute Bikram classes. Today I can’t think of a single studio that exists offering purely Bikram and nothing else. Life got busier, fitness changed and studios had to change too.

I personally had the opportunity to listen to Walmart CEO Doug McMillon on CNBC Squawk Box, where he said: “If you don’t change, you die.” During his years as CEO, Walmart’s stock grew 356%, proving that evolution is the key to staying relevant and keeping the doors open.

So when someone calls ready to come back to yoga, I smile — because we’re here, thriving and ready to welcome them home.

Movement is a lifelong conversation. We’ll continue to help you stay strong, stay flexible and keep doing what you love.

And as a studio, we will continue to evolve for many years to come. 💫✨
