Kim had us WORKING last night 😮‍💨🔥It was no joke. Rockettes legs moving while your core is screaming? Brutal in the best way.

Hot take: mat Pilates is often harder than reformer. The reformer was originally designed as an apparatus to support movement and rehabilitation — inspired by springs attached to hospital beds during Joseph Pilates’ early rehab work.

No carriage helping you here. Just you, your core, and Kim being fierce. 💛💛

6AM Pilates with Maddie — because somewhere along the way we traded late nights and loud rooms for early mornings, self care, and doing things that make us feel good long after class ends. 💛
