Today is one of our favorite times of the year - a time when we take a moment from our busy schedules to celebrate the people who make Autumn Lake not just successful, but truly special. The employee of the year award is more than a title. It’s a recognition of dedication, excellence, and the kind of positive impact that inspires everyone around them This year recipient, embodies all of that and more. Alisha Matthews-Washington has shown an unwavering commitment to our mission whether it is going the extra mile for a resident or stepping into help a teammate without being asked, she consistently raises the bar for all of us. What makes Alisha stand out isn’t just her work ethic - it’s her heart. She leads with kindness, treats everyone with respect and brings an energy that lifts her entire team. Her contributions have strengthened our culture. Alisha on behalf of the entire management team, we thank you for your hard work, your passion and the example you set. Our Subacute unit enjoyed a cozy fall treat this week! 🍂☕️🍩
We brought around apple cider and donuts to brighten everyone’s afternoon and add a little seasonal cheer. It was a wonderful way to spread some warmth and smiles throughout the unit!

We’ve had several wonderful birthday celebrations in our Subacute unit over the past few days! 🎉🧁
Our residents enjoyed sweet treats, smiles, and special moments together. A big thank you to our amazing CNAs who always help make these celebrations meaningful and fun! Their energy truly makes a difference.
