Joan was born in Philadelphia; she grew up the youngest of six siblings. Joan has a son, Bobby. She moved to Brookdale in February 2025. Joan loves to try a little bit of everything! Her favorite activities are the Java Music Club, Family Feud, Word Games, and sitting around playing Rummikub and chatting with her friends. She chose Brookdale Evesham not only because it is close to her old home, but because the staff and residents were so friendly to her and still are! She says she “always try[ing] to help people,” and the tight-knit community here makes it so easy to fit right in. We are happy Joan is a part of our Brookdale Family.
