Brushing alone wonโt prevent cavities. Donโt skip flossing or delay routine visits. Nutrition matters..frequent snacking and sugary or acidic foods can lower the pH in the mouth and increase cavity risk. Limit frequent sipping or snacking on carbs and sugars!
