🚨 Tier 1 for Everyone: Day of Action THIS THURSDAY! 🚨

Thanks to the incredible organizing by members across the state, NJEA has surpassed 112,000 petition signatures calling for an end to New Jersey’s unfair pension tiers! 🙌🔥

This Thursday, Dec. 4, NJEA members will be in Trenton for Lobby Day, delivering those signatures to Governor Murphy, Senate President Scutari, and Assembly Speaker Coughlin. They’ll be urging legislators to fix the harmful tier system that makes it harder to recruit and retain educators—and hurts students.

But even if you can’t be in Trenton, you can still take action! 💪
