Logan Vance is a healthcare administrator and business professional with a strong passion for leadership, community, and building meaningful connections. Through his experience in healthcare operations and management, Logan focuses on creating an environment where residents, families, and staff feel supported, valued, and respected every day. 💙

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife, Monica, and their three cats, who keep their home lively and full of personality. Family, community, and a commitment to personal and professional growth are at the center of everything he does.

Last Friday, our residents took the van out for a whirl and enjoyed a wonderful day of shopping and lunch at 50 East Garden Center & Café!

From browsing beautiful plants and unique finds to sharing a delicious meal together, it was a day filled with laughter and great conversations. Outings like these are always a highlight, and we love creating opportunities for our residents to get out and enjoy local favorites.
