It's a great time of the year when we start getting herbs and produce from our garden boxes. Today our Assistant Dirctor of Food Services, Seth harvested fresh Basil. He took the Basil and used it as a herb for our residents lunch pizzas. Jeannie was excited to get the first taste of the season. From the garden to the table!

We want to announce our newest residents here at Wellbrooke of Wabash. Our residents are so happy to see Mama duck and her recently hatched, little ones waddling around our courtyard. They have been keeping an eye on Mama duck since she began making the tall grass in the courtyard her home. We are excited to watch our new little family grow as summer allows our residents to spend time outside.

Our Legacy Lane residents took a day and went to the Fort Wayne Zoo. The weather was beautiful and made the trip more enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed seeing all the animals and their antics. The residents enjoyed their picnic lunches and chatted about all they had experienced visiting the wonderful zoo.

Our residents went on a trip to explore the beautiful Eagles Theater in downtown Wabash as part of our Hollywood Gala celebration. They enjoyed seeing the wonderful restoration work that had been done to this historic theater. For some, it was their first visit to this grand theater.
