We need to quit saying “I have a bad back” and start preparing it for the unexpected.

It’s not random when your back flares up after a weekend of yard work when you’ve spent the last 3 months sitting.

26.3 will MOST LIKELY have Barbell, Double Unders, and/or Rowing.

I’m a big believer that with some dedicated practice, double unders can be learned quickly as long as you can keep moving through frustration (and a few whips).

For rowing advice, I love but to keep it simple I would focus on trying to keep a consistent curve during 26.3.

Now if neither appears, I’m sorry for trying to help you be fitter 🤷‍♂️
