Welcome to Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, Southwest Minnesota's premier Skilled Nursing and Chemical Dependency treatment center. Our residential facility is nestled in scenic lake and farm country where this unique setting allows residents to unplug and begin their journey of lifelong recovery.
