We’re so excited to welcome Marie to the Stretch Zone Waco South family! With a background in dance from SMU and years spent performing professionally in NYC, Marie brings a deep understanding of body awareness, balance, and intentional movement to every stretch session.

Originally from DFW and now back in the Waco area after welcoming her daughter this summer, Marie is passionate about helping others feel more connected, aligned, and confident in their bodies—exactly what the Stretch Zone Method is all about.

When she’s not on the tables, you can find her enjoying live music, dancing, and soaking up time with family. 💛
