We hope everyone had a lovely Easter weekend! Now on to the housekeeping:

1. The clinic is CLOSED on Mondays and Thursdays. We do have an answering service for emergencies and appointments. We also use the Klara app for easy texting and messaging that is monitored throughout the day too.

2. In case of emergency, call 911 or go the nearest Emergency room. If you are one of our patients over 26 weeks of pregnancy and have serious questions or concerns regarding their pregnancy, please head straight to L&D at Providence.

3. If you need a prescription refill, please check with your pharmacy first to see if you have any refills already waiting. If not, have your pharmacy fax us a refill authorization. PLEASE VERIFY the fax number as (254) 218-6457. ** Many times, we are told by our patients that their pharmacy has faxed us a refill request, but we haven't received anything because they have the wrong fax number.

Happy National Doctor's Day to our very own Dr. Michelle Manning. We are inspired by her devotion to her patients and dedication to her staff. Dr Manning only wishes to serve the women of Waco, McLennan County and Central Texas with the very best we can give. We are so lucky to have her and honor her today!

Monday is here again! Just a few reminders:

The Clinic is closed on Mondays. The aesthetics side is open however, so if you are needing to be seen for Emsella or Neo treatments, then give us a call for scheduling!

PRESCRIPTIONS: Please call your pharmacy FIRST to check if refills have been called in for you. If not, then have them send us a REFILL AUTHORIZATION form to fax: 254) 218-6457. At the bigger pharmacies, please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

If you need scheduling or changes to an existing appointment, we answer the phones daily M-Th 8:30a - 4:30p, and Fridays 8:30a - 3:30p. We also use the Klara app for text communications.

If you are pregnant and need advice or help, just give us a call and our staff can direct you from there.
