Complete Women's Care of Waco is an OB/GYN office that offers comprehensive women's health services in a small, personal setting.

We focus on really hearing our patients' concerns and their individual points of view.

If you are newly pregnant and looking for an OB home, give us a call! We do fill up quickly however, so definitely call once you know!

We can't thank you enough for letting us take some time to learn our systems. We just hope that once we get up and running you'll like our improvements as much as we do! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. We'll learn together!

Our first full day was truly a learning experience. No matter how much we thought we had prepared, there was always something that defied our training. It was a humbling, but necessary experience. We WILL be calling everyone we missed via phone tomorrow, and making appts where necessary.

We must stress that we DO NOT accept walk in appointments, and to please have a little patience with us when we can't get to the phones. Definitely leave a message or use the KLARA app to get a direct message to the front desk. We were very swamped today with training as well as trying to get up to speed as quickly as possible.

Today is another day and we look forward to the challenge and getting back to our patients as quickly as possible. Thanks and see you soon!

We begin this week by getting ready for 2026 with new software systems. The office staff are on a steep learning curve for the next couple of weeks, and we appreciate your patience and grace as we try to learn and implement as quickly as we can.

That being said, EVERYONE will be a NEW patient starting Jan 6. In office we will have new check in procedures and an opportunity to send your new paperwork via your cell phone. We do this because we are GROWING - and we want to serve our patients with efficiency and ease.

HOUSEKEEPING:
1. We are back to our regular hours this week. Monday the clinic is CLOSED, however we are answering phones as usual. Call if you need help with scheduling issues.

2. If you are looking for a prescription refill, please CONTACT YOUR PHARMACY FIRST to see if they have any available for you. If not, ask them to send us a REFILL REQUEST and that they are using the fax number (254) 218 - 6457. Please allow 24-48 hours for fulfilling.
