HEAT SAFETY TIPS FOR KIDS:
1. Let children play outside in the cooler time of the day, avoiding peak heat times
2. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Children cannot regulate their body temperature as well as adults, so it is important to have cool breaks in the shade with lots of cool/cold water to drink
2. Avoid using bug-repellent/sunscreen combination products. Sunscreen is designed for reapplying every 2-3 hours, but bug-repellent is not intended for reapplying
