want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you and your staff for the compassionate care you’ve provided to my mother, DB.

Wesley Woods has truly been a Godsend to our family. The staff has surrounded Mom with both kindness and comfort, all while honoring her dignity and privacy, something that means the world to us.

From the very beginning, Tosha made a lasting positive impression. On the day we moved Mom in, she reassured me that her priority was to create a safe, respectful environment. Since then, she’s continued to be a steady and positive presence in Mom’s life, always going above and beyond to ensure she feels secure and supported.

Not a day goes by that Mom doesn’t speak highly of Cindy, her morning aide. As a lifelong morning person, she truly appreciates Cindy’s early morning attentiveness and warmth, whether it’s helping her get dressed, making her bed, bringing her coffee first thing in the morning, or responding quickly to the call light. Mom has specifically bragged how quick and efficient Cindy is. This is something Mom really appreciates as she is able to help all of her residents early in the morning when everyone is wanting their morning coffee! Cindy made decorations for the residents’ doors on Mom’s hallway, and Mom was deeply touched by that thoughtful gesture. I’ve overheard other residents speak about Cindy with the same gratitude, praising her kindness and helpful spirit.

Destiny, Mom’s afternoon aide, has also been exceptional. Before coming to Wesley Woods, Mom was hesitant to accept help with bathing. Destiny made that transition smooth and respectful, always honoring Mom’s sense of dignity. When I visit, I often see Destiny spending quality, one-on-one time with residents. It’s clear how much they mean to her. Destiny has taken time to visit with Mom. I know this helps fill the time during the long afternoons.

Mom also speaks very highly of Edwin, the weekend nurse. She says he’s everything a nurse should be, conscientious, attentive, and quick to help. He’s also very kind to my husband and me, always greeting us with a warm, genuine smile during our weekend visits.

Dione has been a tremendous support to both Mom and me. She’s responsive to emails and consistently offers reassurance to Mom whenever I reach out. It’s clear that the well-being of the residents is her true priority.

Thank you again for creating such a thoughtful, caring environment and for building and supporting such an extraordinary team on the Bluebonnet Wing. Knowing Mom is in such good hands brings our family great peace of mind.
