Did you know you don’t have to labor and push on your back?

In fact… your body often works better when you’re upright and moving 🤍

Positions like squatting, hands & knees, leaning forward, or using a birth ball can:
• Encourage baby to move down
• Open your pelvis
• Reduce pressure on your back
• Help labor progress more naturally

At our birth center, we encourage freedom of movement so you can listen to your body and labor in a way that feels safe, supported, and instinctive.
