It's with great excitement we say a big warm "Welcome Back," to Haley Gardner as our Assistant Executive Director of The Blake at Waco 🎉
No stranger to The Blake, Haley played a great role in Waco's community opening as our Sales Director and continued to successfully lead our sales efforts for 4 years. She built many memorable relationships with our residents, creating a connection from the beginning and a continued place of trust throughout their journey. Excited to be back "home" at The Blake, Haley finds this opportunity especially meaningful.

There is something incredibly rewarding about walking alongside families during this season of life. I love being able to support, guide, and serve as a resource for seniors in the Waco community. One of the most fulfilling parts of what I do is seeing residents who were once hesitant to move in begin to improve in their health, build connections, and truly thrive.
I believe there is so much life, purpose, and quality in senior living—and I’m honored to be a part of it every single day."
